A robot prototype jointly created by Dr. Wily and Dr. Light. Upon activation it immediately started trashing its surroundings.

Dr. Light decided that the platform was flawed and had to be scrapped. Dr. Wily disagreed with the disrespect of his genius work that proved to do nothing but fuck shit up pronto, and instead of destroying him, stole the plans and rebuilt him.

Now, Protoman assists Wily in his world domination schemes and kicks around being a fairly reliable, but often-contrary lieutenant.

Warnings:
He's a Saturday morning cartoon villain. There's not exactly a lot of heavy material to him. But he's taken part in his fair share of world domination plots, causing general havoc, supervillain shenanigans, etc etc.

Realistically, a lot of the plots he's participated in should result in massive casualties, but it's a cartoon and civilians are always mysteriously totally fine. I don't really want to take things too seriously, since this is a canon for children that also has him call Mega Man "robo-dweeb", but the dude at the very least doesn't care about property damage or incidental human injuries because villainry is entertaining.
